Rick Abbot, born and raised on Vancouver Island, has lived in the Nanaimo area for years and has made it his home. With a passion for business Rick built Northfield Janitorial from the ground up.

Rick understands a clean and tidy office can help a business grow as it reflects the quality of services in any given business with a commercial location.

First impressions do make a difference and the subconscious aspect that enters the mind of a prospective customer when they enter a business is extremely important, cleanliness is foremost.

Northfield Janitorial is now in its 20th year of operation and will be expanding into areas of South Vancouver Island slowly but surely.

Personal

Rick is also passionate about his hobbies, one being photography.  Rick can be found shooting his favourite places on the island any chance he gets.

An avid computer user, Rick has spent many hours mastering World of Warcraft. Ok, this is when he’s not working, but we hear he plays with people all over the world and has won a few wars himself.

Rick also spends time volunteering as well as hiking on the many trails this island has to offer.
